HC's look excellent, and C0 is good.. the Free Oxygen (O2%) is also low.. I'd say the Cat is working fine.. NOx will likely be from higher than normal combustion Temps.. Either the EGR is not Opening, ( This slows down the Burn rate reducing Combustion Temps ) OR the Timing is too advanced, causing a Quick Burn rate.. Check the Ignition Timing, see where it is... if it is proper, then pull a vacuum on the EGR Diaphragm and see if the Car Stumbles at Idle.. it should If it does stumble, when you pull a Vacuum on the EGR Diaphragm, then it's LIKELY an EGR Control Problem ( Vacuum Hose Routing ).. if it Does NOT stumble when you pull a Vacuum on the EGR Diaphragm, then you have a Plugged or Non Functioning EGR Valve.
